Environment:
Browser / Version: SeaMonkey 2.53.12
Operating System: Windows 10
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to https://www.elster.de/eportal/login/softpse
- Click "Durchsuchen" button.
- Observe the behavior.
Expected Behavior:
The file picker is triggered, allowing to choose files from PC.
Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens, the file picker is not triggered.
Notes:
- Screenshot attached.
- The issue is not reproducible on Chrome and Firefox.
