178336 - Custom Filter Field duplicated *many* times, filter breaks

I get a *ton* of junk mail from asian spammers, so I have created a filter that
takes the Asian charsets and deletes any message which uses them.  It's a
standard filter except that it involves creating a custom field for the
"Content-Type:" message header, deleting all messages with the appropriate
string in the Content-Type header.

I am using Mozilla 1.1, and this always worked with previous versions of Mozilla
I have been using since well before 1.0.  Now what happens is the Content-Type
custom header gets duplicated a ton of times in the headers box, and I get a
message telling me I have too many filters and I need to edit my rules.dat file
and remove my mail filters.  Removing the filters which use the Content-Type
field resolves the message (but does not remove the 30-someodd Content-Type
custom header fields in the headers drop-down box), but then of course I don't
have the filter so I'm not really getting anywhere am I :)
