Steps to reproduce:
Click on a PGP encrypted or signed message in the message list (thread pane). OpenPGP button shows in the message header display pane.
Change the size of the preview pane.
Actual results:
OpenPGP button disappears.
Expected results:
OpenPGP button should remain.
Likely clicking the message draws the button, resizing doesn't draw it again.
This is already not working in TB 91.

I can reproduce in classic window layout, by clicking on the horizontal line between the top message list and the bottom message view, and moving the line up or down. Indeed, the OpenPGP button disappears.
(Cannot reproduce with S/MIME, that button remains for an S/MIME message.)

Theory for possible cause: Maybe this is related to caching. On resize, we're asked to display the message again. In this scenario, maybe we don't go through OpenPGP processing, and thus don't show the status again.
