1783509 - Strange dotted line around new messages

Steps to reproduce:

Updated to version 102

Actual results:

When new message arrives in the background and then i press on TB icon to bring window up, new message is show with a strange dotted border around it. There was no such effect in previous versions. Border only shows up when TB window is in focus.

Expected results:

Unless this is somehow by design, there shouldn't be dotted borders around messages. Looks out of place in the current UI design.

Alex should we change this in our tree or wait like with the selected address in AB?

Same reasons as for what we reported in the address book.
This will change with the new about 3 pane.
