Steps to reproduce:

Attempted to use the new edit and resend web request interface

Actual results:

The new interface requires headers to be edited by adding/removing them with buttons and mouse clicks, and entered into separate fields

Expected results:

Usability has regressed as the new interface is slow and tedious to use. Headers should be easily editable as text as before.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'DevTools::Netmonitor' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
