Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:103.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/103.0
Steps to reproduce:
I may have multiple windows open, each with multiple tabs.
When I reposition a tab or move a tab to another window or new window, eventually after some time [not immediately] I cannot open a new tab/window.
Existing tabs in existing windows become non responsive. I can scoll up and down but browser not responsive to typing/mouse. New tabs/windows never complete rendering.
My work around is to kill Firefox w/ task manager, restart firefox and restore windows/tabs.
This has been happening thru several recent versions of firefox. Happens w/ Windows 10/11.
PS: Currently I'm using portable version of Firefox from portableapps.com

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I could not reproduce issue on Win10x64 using FF build 103.0.
Does the issue still reproduces for you using latest build (https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/106.0-candidates/build1/ )?
Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables add-ons, extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems.) See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode . Thank you.
