1783690 - firefox-android: Migrate android-components jobs on git-push

With Taskcluster enabled on the android monorepo (bug 1782736), we should now green up all jobs at least for the git-push graphes.

This is done. taskgraph 3.0.0 was released with what was necessary to clone submodules and calculate what files were changed between 2 revisions. The PR on firefox-android was merged to the ac-prep branch. We can now move forward with greening up the other graphs

Mass edit: The move to the monorepo was officially announced 2 days ago[1]. No need to keep these tickets confidential anymore.
