Hide mouse cursor when using scroll wheel

Details
From chimerafeedback: When using the mouse wheel, hide the cursor. If you take notice, in IE 5, when you mouse wheel scroll, the cursor disappears. If you have the cursor it on top of text and were scrolling to read, it doesn't interfere. This is a *very* minor issue, but carries a tremendous amount of aesthetic weight.
Why should Chimera do this just because IE 5 does? The Finder doesn't. TextEdit doesn't. What exactly is this "tremendous aesthetic weight?" Recommend WONTFIX.

at the request of Ludovic Hirlimann i am adding ... ie 5 does indeed hide the mouse during scroll wheel scrolling safari 1.0 does not camino 2003082602 does not
seconding the request for a WONTFIX on this.. current safari (1.2.whatever) does not do this, nor does camino 20041123 or any other browser AFAIK.
Hm I agree this bug isn't something we would want to fix as it is not default OS X behaviour. Marking WONTFIX.
