Preconditions:
The user is already logged in to the browser with a Fx account.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click the Firefox view icon on the top of the browser's page before the Tabs bar.
2. Click the "Get Firefox for mobile" button.
3. Observe the page displayed.

Actual result:
The "Sync Firefox on your phone or tablet" page is displayed.

Expected result:
The "Download Firefox on your phone or tablet" page is displayed.

This is verified as fixed using Firefox nightly 105.0a1 (2022-08-22) and FxA stage while on Windows 10 64-bit. The "Download Firefox on your phone or tablet" page is displayed first.
