1783893 - Changes view logs every character if a property name contains a special character

Found alternate STRs to get the changes view to log every change:

• open devtools > inspector
• add a new property in the rule view
• the property name should contain a special character (eg "abc)
• start typing a value for this new property

ER: only one change should be recorded
AR: every keystroke records a change
