Steps to reproduce:
Used search messages dialog and chose Attachment Status as a criteria.
Actual results:
The "Attachment Status" criteria used to have three sections, now it just has two.
Expected results:
The third criteria (no longer present) was where "Has Attachments" used to be displayed. It was just a label, and could be selected, but only contained that one choice showing the verbiage.
Now with only two sections, all you get is "Attachment Status" and "Is" / "Isn't".
Just saying "is" / "isn't" for that second drop-down could be worded better.
While searching for attachment status does still work, it would make more sense if instead the second criteria said "has attachments" / "doesn't have attachments" rather than "is" / "isn't".
Alternatively, restore the "Has Attachments" label so the "is" / "isn't" section has context as to what it's doing.

It's not about the wording. There was a bug which made the menu disappear.
