- Remove script_shift_attributes preference and related test, warning
message and parsing. - Do not remove subscriptshift/supscripshift atoms, since they are
still needed for nsTreeSanitizer.

I don't think we need to keep this atom just for the sanitizer, if we don't support it anyway.

My first attempt to remove them was not successful, I guess I'll remove in follow-up patches once all pending patches landed.
