1784218 - Add origin controls information to the unified extensions panel

We should display the information about origin controls in the panel.

There are different messages depending on the state of the extension (access needed, has temporary access, has permanent access, no access).

The message should be updated accordingly on hover.

We should also pay attention to how the message is going to be interpreted by screen readers (probably something to double-check with UX/a11y).
