Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:103.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/103.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Select multiple tabs [Ctrl+Left Click] or [Shift+Left Click]
- Hit keyboard shortcut for either "Move Tab Left" [Ctrl+Shift+Page Up] or "Move Tab Right" [Ctrl+Shift+Page Down]
- Manually drag selected tabs left or right [Left Click + Mouse Move]
Actual results:
- When using the keyboard shortcuts: only the currently active tab (the one which is in focus) moved left or right
- When using drag and drop with the mouse: all tabs are moved accordingly
Expected results:
All selected tabs should move left or right, regardless of the input method (mouse or keyboard)

I've managed to reproduce this issue on the latest versions Nightly 106.0a1 and Firefox 104.0.1.
Setting this to NEW. If this is not the correct component, please feel free to change it to a more appropriate one.
