We intend to inform the user if encryption isn't possible.

However, currently (esr102), in the following scenario, we don't show any warnings in the UI.

  • click an encrypted message
  • click reply
    (encryption is enabled)
  • switch "from" to a different identity that hasn't e2ee configured
    (encryption remains enbled as intended)

Expected behavior:
We should show some kind of notification that sending this message with encryption isn't possible, because the sender account isn't set up for e2ee.
