Steps to reproduce:
Nothing, did not upgrade Firefox for example.
Actual results:
My refresh button disappeared.
Expected results:
My refresh button is still here. It is even absent of the "customize toolbar" list.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Toolbars and Customization' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Somehow, the refresh button found its way in the "other utils" (loosely translated from french) in the taskbar. My bad.
