I have been able to make this happen whenever I have 2 or more tabs open and I
am on a tab that has other tab(s) to the left of it on the tab bar.  If I close
one of the tabs to its left (I'm using middle mouse, I don't believe it matters
how you close it), while on the current tab, it will be forced to move to the
left on the toolbar.  When it does so the tab goes to a blank page instead of
maintaining what it originally had, and is unable to display any webpages
(refresh doesn't work, opening new url doesn't work).
