+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1783558 +++
Dead links:
1. Prefetching
In text "siehe Link Prefetching FAQ" -- Target language needs to be modified to "en-US" because "de" dosnot exist. So it will lead to this page.
2. MDN documentation on Proxy Auto-Configuration files
In text "Siehe MDN documentation on Proxy Auto-Configuration files (englisch)" -- Link target language needs to be "en-US" and should lead to here!

Additional info
a) Probably also other Languages affected
b) Does someone see additional problems?
c) Concerning general spelling of Menu Items: "MenüSeaMonkey Bearbeiten" (= "open MenuSeaMoney Edit" seams rather crazy to me. Should'nt we better uns something like "Open Menu 'Edit' (= "Menü 'Bearbeiten')" or "Open Menu Edit or similar? What do you think?
d) I will create a "repaired" patch file and attach it here

What do you mean? I don't see this string in help?
There is some OS specific stuff in the code using class. This should be fine and not directly translate to MenüSeaMonkeyBearbeiten. Should be "Menü SeaMonkey" under macOS and "Menü Bearbeiten" under Linux and Windows.

(In reply to Frank-Rainer Grahl (:frg) from comment #1)
What do you mean? I don't see this string in help?
Indeed. Source contains a
span class="mac"
which appears in Text if I open cs_nav_prefs_advanced.xhtml in SeaMonkey. But of course it's not visible in real Help (f1). So
c) problem does not exist

Looks good. r+ from me. Usually en-US in the link is not needed but doubt the content will be translated any time soon. Stumbled over some other obsolete plugin stuff and just added it to the general de patch for 2.53.14b1 Bug 1772804:

All typos gone except the "MenüSeaMonkey Bearbeiten" thingy.
IMHO we should close this one FIXED. What do you think?
