if you try saving a page, it doesn't work. As it can't open download manager
window... it's not onlyt when downloading a file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Tools/Download Manager
2.or loading a file (zip, mpg etc...)
3.

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
opening download manager or downloading a file
delete compreg.dat and restart mozilla.
