17850 - Need to write out smtpserver to prefs.js

using a debug build from 11/1/99

1)Run a javascript testcase located at
http:\\bubblegum\NGDriver\suites\mail\mncompose010new.html
2)I have 3 accounts according to my setup:
Local Mail
nsmail-2
Outgoing Mail
3)Testcase gets the smtpservers into a nsISupportArray
4)The number of smtpservers is 3 but all three are nsmail-2
5) Showed this to Alec and he says that the smptserver infomation needs
to be written out to prefs.js

Doesn't seem like a beta stopper, but if this is part of the tests you're going
to put on Tinderbox, feel free to move the target milestone sooner.

Used the attachment (with security code added) as the testcase.
Added Earthlink smtp server to my current nsmail-2 server.
Output shows:
