Steps to reproduce:
Look at the attached SVG, then scroll trough the different zoom levels and you will find a zoom level in which the vertical red bar (consisting of rect1 & rect2), will have a glitch, because rect2 is rendered slightly bigger then rect1.
Actual results:
In some zoom levels rect1 & rect2 are inconstantly rendered.
Expected results:
In all zoom levels rect1 & rect2 is consistently rendered. No differences in height.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics: WebRender' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
