User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:103.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/103.0

Steps to reproduce:

Look at the attached SVG, then scroll trough the different zoom levels and you will find a zoom level in which the vertical red bar (consisting of rect1 & rect2), will have a glitch, because rect2 is rendered slightly bigger then rect1.

Actual results:

In some zoom levels rect1 & rect2 are inconstantly rendered.

Expected results:

In all zoom levels rect1 & rect2 is consistently rendered. No differences in height.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics: WebRender' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
