Was Android opt testing enabled recently? It looks like this test is already set to be expected to time out on Android debug. It is also set to expect failure on a bunch of subtests on Android. It should probably just be set to expect timeouts across all Android configurations.

these failures started Oct 26th, and we have been running these tests for a long time.

I don't understand why the failures are autoland only and never show up on mozilla-central- that is confusing. I would agree that we should adjust the android opt results to be what we have already done for android debug.
