Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://www.tiktok.com and open PiP for a random video.
2. Mute the video from the PiP controls.

Expected result

• The video is muted and the icon is changed to Mute inside the original player.

Actual result

• The video is muted but the icon does not change inside the original player.

Regression range

• I will search for one asap if there is one.

Additional notes

• Attached a screen recording.
• The sound of the video mutes/ unmutes as expected.
• The same behavior can be seen on https://www.linkedin.com/.

It seems that this issue is not a regression. With these STR, I could reproduce the issue with Nightly 71.0a1(build ID: 20191011215012), before the sound button was implemented on the PiP window. I think it's safe to assume that this issue is not a regression.
