Browser tested: SeaMonkey 2.53.13
Other browsers tested: Firefox Nightly 105.0a1 (2022-08-19)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi
  2. Click and Drag on the map
  3. Observe the behaviour

Expected Behaviour:
The map can be navigated.

Actual Behaviour:
Unable to navigate the map.

Notes:

  2. Nothing happens when the objects on the map are clicked
  3. Not reproducible on Firefox Nightly
