After most machine crashes, start Mozilla and there is no history of past
sessions at all.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn PC off and then on.
2. Run scandisk and watch lots of orphaned disk blocks being freed.
3. Run Mozilla.

Actual Results:  
History is all gone.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have stored the history in a less fragile manner.

Bug 63292 is titled "session additions to global history lost on crash". I'm
talking about ALL history being totally trashed, not just the most recent session.
