+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1785786 +++

The GPU process broke GeckoSession.updateOverscrollOffset and GeckoSession.updateOverscrollVelocity, and we didn't know because it wasn't tested. We should add a test (probably a junit one?) to ensure that these functions get called as expected.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug is a defect, but please change it back in case of error.
