178656 - animation does not render

The url above:
(http://www.weather.com/weather/map/31210?from=LAPmaps&name=index_large_animated&day=1)
does not display the animation in Pheonix v 0.4, however it does display the
correct annimation when Mozilla v 1.1 is used.  This occur whether or not reject
pop up windows is selected, javascript is enabled, java is enabled, or images
are enabled once or as many times as the image specifies.

WORKSFORME with 2002.11.04 build of Phoenix, but there was a significant pause
after the status bar said "Done" before the final animated image actually appeared.

As soon as the 6 images load, they begin the 'animation'

I confirm the problem, the animation doesn't start on my Phoenix.. but then I
should probably try a newer build..

Animation works fine with 2002-11-09 on Linux. I'm marking this as WORKSFORME.
Please re-open if you can still reproduce it on a current nightly build (with
fresh profile, and clean installation).
