Not really, I think it's in conjunction with badly organized folders or something, I had this for a long time (starting in Tb78 all the way up to 102) but it seems to have relented - so I cannot reproduce it anymore. It was always happening when Tb started up and then I would get bombarded with messageboxes that a filter couldn't be executed automatically on a folder. I would click OK through all of them and then later run filters manually on the remaining unread messages in the Inbox.
