Problem to Print Preview and Print the following HTML file:
The following HTML displayed correctly but Print Preview and Print
misses the PERCENTAGE BAR from the HTML file.

The percentage bar is a table cell using a special background color. Go into
File->Page Setup... and turn on "Print Background (colors & images)". Please
update this bug report to note whether this fixes the problem or not.
Yes, turn on "Print Background (colors & images)" resolves the issue.
