Fixed width font.
quoted printable NOT selected.
Confirm when using keyboard shortcut ... selected.
Wrap at 80 characters.
Character coding Western (ISO-8859-1).
Replying to a plain-text message, keystrokes in the composition area are
discarded until the cursor is moved (or the mouse is clicked).
Tab/Shift-tab doesn't clear the condition - other fields can be selected with
tab and the problem is still apparent when returning to the composition area -
as long as cursor keys or mouse aren't used to position the cursor.
Please always include build ID in bug-reports, and search bugzilla before filing
bugs. Resolving as duplicate of bug 173818.
Please add comment if you see the bug in recent builds.
(The fix should be in builds from Oct 17th onwards.)
