Steps to reproduce:

I clicked File -> Print to print a web page.

Actual results:

I was forced to select "More Settings" in order to de-select the "Print header and footer" information which I don't want.

Expected results:

The default should be not to add header and footer information. If someone wants to add that to the printed output, they should select it, not the other way around.
