** Observed with 11/2/99 Win32 build **

Perhaps this bug has been filed already, but let me report it just in
case.
The above test page contains codepoints for 0x20 - 0xFF. It is meant as a
test page for ISO one-byte charsets.

mozilla at one point had no problem with this page but I noticed
that recent builds all hang/freeze when I try to load this page.
The only way to get out of it is by terminating the process via
the prompt window or via the Task Manager.

Apparently, there is some codepoint on the page which causes this
freeze. If we have a general problem with some codepoints, then
we might be looking at a M11 stopper. We should at least debug this
before M11.
I'm setting severity initially to "major" but depending on
what the cause it, we may need to bump it to "critical" or higher.
By the way, 4.7/4.71 have no problem loading this page.
