STR:

1.) Focus the Address Bar
2.) Hover over the question mark icon in the QuickActions section

Expected: The question mark icon should be 2px lower to be vertically aligned with the QuickActions buttons

Actual: The question mark icon is placed 2px too high.

Thanks :) Looks good in Nightly 106.0a1 (2022-09-07) (64-Bit).

The issue is verified fixed using the latest Fx107.0a1 and Fx106.0b9 on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04. The button is now correctly aligned vertically.
