Steps to reproduce:
I tried to print a small image in an A4 page format
Actual results:
The image was smaller than the actual A4 page, so Firefox aligned it top-left
Expected results:
There should be an option - in the advanced print settings - that would allow the user to select the preferred alignment (see attached image).
This should work for images, pdf's, webpages and whatever it may apply
This should also solve bug reported at https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/13264

The UI would belong in Toolkit. It probably needs some Gecko support but if we want to do this we'd use a dependent bug or so for that.
