Details

Seamonkey won't use the large static and animated GIF files; it will only use
the small (16X16) ones. Remove the fields for large static and animated logo GIF
files from the "Customizing the Browser, Page 1" in the wizard. German is the
contact person for this if I have questions.

Wait!  This isn't decided yet.  I have a thread going with German and he thinks
they're still needed.  The best thing would be to have a browser bug about this
topic and make this bug depend on it.  I'll take care of that.  Steve

According to bug 17909, it appears that the fields for large anim logo are still
needed.
Moving TFV to M14.

Moving to M15, since the bug that this bug depends on (Bug 17909) has been moved 
to M15.

This bug was vandalized by a clueless idiot.  I believe I have undone all of the
vandalism.
Moving to M16 since the bug this depends on has been similarly moved.

We are keeping the fields for the large anim and static logo in the CCK UI. 
We are removing the fields for the small anim and static logo. Marking Wontfix.
