Details

I downloaded the new version (0.6) and replaced version 0.5 with it. Did some
browsing, no problems. Had a look at my bookmarks, at the cookie manager etc.
Just for the new stuff. 
Then as I was loading a page it went into a spining ball so I Force quit Chimera
and when I launched it again all my Bookmarks were gone. I looked in the profile
folder and the bookmarks.xml file was blank... 
Now I'm pretty sure it was the first run after the upgrade but I'm not 100% certain.
Thankfully I had made a backup of the bookmarks two months ago so not too much
harm done.
Just thought I'd add that all my cookies have not been deleted
We safe-save bookmarks on quit now, so this can't happen.
