Steps to reproduce:

There's no way to create e-mail templates in Thunderbird to e.g. use it in a corporate setting

Actual results:

Couldn't create an e-mail template

Expected results:

I should be able to create a template and then use it to create new e-mail messages.

Thunderbird does have the functionality requested in the report -- to create a template, start composing a new message and then select File->Save As->Template. To use a saved template, navigate to your Templates folder and right-click on the template and select "New Message From Template".
