mothra needs to be upgraded to version 2.88 or greater of the Perl CGI module,
and it needs to have the Perl File::Temp module installed, so Bugzilla can be
upgraded on that machine.

GD::Graph and GD::Text::Align would also be useful to enable the new report
feature to work.

The first part of this must be fixed, right? Otherwise the staging installation
wouldn't work. Obviously, the second part is quite important too :-)

No, I've just hacked it (installed locally) for the test installation. John Dee

The production version of perl is upgraded. Please contact me if you have any
problems with it.
Don't mark this bug as fixed until ya'll get bugzilla upgraded tonight. I have a
feeling there might be issues that come up.
