Perfherder has detected a talos performance regression from push cad6e6b08c7bb7576c31ba80dcef8a85c14ef9d8. As author of one of the patches included in that push, we need your help to address this regression.

I just landed a fix for bug 1785018 which I believe should fix this as well.
Note that bug 1705676 is only enabled on Nightly + Windows, so this performance regression is not being shipped to the user.
