Preconditions:
• ETP set to STRICT
• Clean profile
• Taiwan/US VPN might be needed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://news.xfastest.com
2. Observe the page.

Expected Behaviour:
The carousel is displayed on the page.

Actual Behaviour:
The carousel is not displayed on the page, there is a blank space instead.

Notes:

1. Screenshot provided
2. Not reproducible with Standard ETP
3. Same behaviour in Private window

The site's down right now and is broken in Chrome as well:

Let's revisit this later in case it's still a problem when the site returns.
