178866 - Phoenix 0.4 comes with Mozilla 1.1 Icon

The Phoenix 0.4 download doesn't have the Phoenix Icon associated with it but
the icon for Mozilla 1.1.  (I assume the Phoenix icon visible from Help/About
Phoenix is the icon it hsould have?)  Hard to keep track of Mozilla vs Phoenix
with both on the system and the same icon.

This is a known issue, and will be fixed as soon as the graphical stuffs for
phoenix are done.

It'll get fixed, but the bug is invalid for now :)
