A recent change made in bug 1649987 increased the retention of certain artifacts to 3 years rather than their old value of 1 year. Since the purpose of bug 1649987 is ultimately to reduce the retention, this part of the change does not make sense.

We need to modify the expiration policy yaml introduced to taskcluster/ci/config.yml by replacing the instances of 3 years with 1 year.
