According to upstream we should set storage.revlog.issue6528.fix-incoming=no to save ourselves significant CPU. We are likely past the point where this bug would pop up again, and if it does we can just hg debug-repair-issue6528.

This should save us "a significant amount of CPU" according to upstream.
The bug in question is only present when a push is made with hg 5.8.0,
which most developers should not be using at this time.
