1788952 - Attachment of OpenPGP public key to a non-encrypted email generates a size indication of 0 bytes (showing briefly)

Steps to reproduce:

• Make sure you have a OpenPGP key generated and turned on
• Open up composer to write a new email
• The Encrypt option should be turned off
• In the "Attachment" button, choose the option to attach the OpenPGP public key
• Write in any subject and content
• Send the email

Actual results:

Before the email is sent, the public key attachment briefly shows up at the bottom of the compose window. It says the size is 0 bytes.

Expected results:

I would expect the size to be shown correctly.
