text between <td> </td> are rendered into several lines, but the
spacing between adjacent lines are uneven

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.visit the URL above via mozilla (I'm using 20021107)
2.scroll down a little bit to find the "related links" table
3.each of the 4 items in this small table is rendered into 2 or 3 lines
due to the limited space. But lines in each of the item do not
  space evenly in vertical direction.

Expected Results:
The gap between lines should be even. MS IE renders it evenly.

The last line in each small table has too big a gap above it.... This is a
duplicate.
