Hi team,

In the future, please NI me in bugs that are a11y_checks - related, if no apparent regressor (like a new feature that was pushed with inaccessible controls) is present - I can investigate and likely can resolve the bug without fully disabling the accessibility mochitests for the unknown time and thus risking introducing more inaccessible controls in our product.

This time I was able to catch this change (while tracking the results of the fix that was supposed to affect enabled a11y_check, which was not truth and Herald rule failed to notify me about this patch as well).

Thank you for keeping the Firefox accessible for users with all abilities!

Also, using skip-if notation instead of fail-if prevents the test from reporting when it would actually start passing, when the issue is resolved. Which is apparently the case with browser/components/urlbar/tests/browser/browser_view_selectionByMouse.js - it is not reported on trunk now not because the bug 1867430 was fixed, but because it is simply not running at all. Which is not what we expect when a unit test is created.

The test was skipped while the main fix for the underlying issue was resolved in bug 1867430. Since the blocking bug was resolved, test should be re-enabled.
