Firefox erased my session data, disabled my addons and deleted my addon data that existed locally. I couldn't restore my session either.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/105.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I updated Firefox. Or I rebooted after dual booting into another OS. One of the two caused the issue
Actual results:
So, after an update Firefox essentially acts as if it's a new profile even though it's not. It restores the browser settings to default, disables the addons and erases their local data, but is still in the correct profile. This is not like the previous issue where Firefox would make a new profile. It also keeps history for browsing history. Essentially what happens is that it resets browser settings, disables addons and removes any saves associated to addons -- be it sessions or custom data. Also, you can not get back to your previous session even though history is saved. I've had this issue twice. Once recently and once last year (around March 2021 not sure what version that was).
Furthermore, no data existed in the profile folders on windows or in Old Firefox Data.
Expected results:
I shouldn't have lost my data and should have been able to find my sessions and my addons shouldn't have been disabled or had their data erased.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Session Restore' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hi T, I tried to reproduce this issue on our end but without success, are you able to reproduce it constantly ? are you using a Windows 10 machine ? Does it happen with each Firefox update ?

Hi, so what's hard about this issue is it doesn't seem that reproducible. It just happened twice in two years and I'm not sure what the pattern is. One was for version 104 and the other was for the version that released in March 2021. I'm not sure about the version number. I'm assuming it's a special case relating to the previous bug that reset Firefox to a new profile.

Adding the Qa not actionable tag, I tried to reproduce this issue again using Builds from March 2021 and updated those to our latest build but everything is saved on my end, maybe if we used the same profile for multiple months but even then its a long shot.
