View HTML message with encoding utf-16 sent by Microsoft server
My system is OpenSUSE and the version of Thunderbird is 102.2.0

Actual results:

Is viewed with Chinese encoding instead of Greek.
Chose View->fix encoding
The message defaults to iso8859-1

Expected results:

View message with Greek encoding.
or
add the ability to chose encoding manually.

The solution given in the past cannot be applied now.
18 years before Thunderbird had the ability to change encoding manually.
