1789418 - Delete from POP Server rule erratic in 102.2.1

Steps to reproduce:

Have numerous filters configured, have for years and worked fine. Since upgrade to 102.2.1 the "Delete from POP Server" rule has intemittently not deleted the message from the POP server when triggered.
I enabled filter logging, and have verified that the filter is triggering and logging that it deleted the message(s) form the POP server, but when I check the POP server the messages are not deleted.

Example from log file: (E-mail address of spammer and POP server genericicized)

Actual results:

Rule executed, logged that message was deleted from POP server, but when checking POP server directly message has not been deleted. This functioned normally until latest update of Thunderbird.
This has been intermittent, sometimes the message is deleted from the POP server, sometimes it is not, I have not been able to identify a pattern, but this never happened until the latest updated to 102.2.1

Expected results:

Filter should delete message from POP server when filter is executed.

I hope it's not bad form to leave a non-technical comment here, but just wanted to say THANK YOU to all that work on Thunderbird, and this issue specifically. Got the updated version today, and it's all working smoothly again.
