Steps to reproduce:

In the Tasks View / Tab all tasks are shown - completed and open/pending.
There is an option to change this -> menu -> view -> Tasks where i can switch from show all to only open.
But that doesn´t change anything in the view.
There is ALSO ANOTHER Menu on the top right corner of the Tasks Tab - the Hamburger menu icon - which ALSO has the option to change the VIEW -> Tasks with the same set of filtering options
On that submenu of the hamburger menu the checks on the menu items can´t be unchecked.
If i switch there - the state of that filter set on the submenu i NOT the same (as it should be) with the file menu - view - tasks view-filter-set.
So on that submenu there is show ALL preselected and can't be unselected.
so i see ALL TASKS instead of my choice :(

Actual results:

I see always all tasks - completed and open and pending - all

Expected results:

I want to choose which Tasks i see - like hide completed tasks.

This sounds like a duplicate of bug 1346614. The menu options should be coupled to the "Show" options in the left sidebar.

yes, but .... maybe ... yea probably
THAT 6 Years old bug was on ubuntu and in the addon.
My current bug lives on my windows 11 machine (current) with the current version 102.2.2

Can´t switch the Task View Filters - Broken functionallity

AAAAND it was working as expeced in the version i used before ... dont know the exact number but 9x something...
